This Nintendo 3DS R4 and R4i Flash Cards can play DS and DSi games in DS mode, has troubles with DSi games in DSi mode but can play 3DS games. It can play the new games on the market and have Bootloader Updates technology but cannot automatically load the last game that you played and have to start from the menu. Bear in mind that for playing commercial DS ROMS from R43DS cards to be legal you need to own the original games if you want to use the backup copies with the Nintendo R4 3DS flashcards. If you don't own the original game cartridges please choose to play Freeware or Homebrew games. In many countries it is illegal to play the backup copies because of piracy.
